Terms and Conditions



Bookings can be made by any written mean of contact.
Either by sending us an email, fax or by post.
We will accept enquires and requests by phone but we will need a written confirmation of the request before proceeding to any reservations.


All payments are required to be made before the beginning of the client’s trip.
There is a 30% deposit that will be paid 7 days after the booking is made and the rest amount will be paid 21 days prior to arrival.
In case of late booking – 30 days or less prior to arrival – the complete payment is due with the booking.
For any different arrangements that may be needed you may talk with the responsible employee at Olympic Wings.


Regarding the occurrence of a cancellation we require the following scheme to be met.

1 month prior to arrival date, 10% of the total price
2 weeks prior to arrival date, 50% of the total price
1 week prior to arrival date, 100% of the total price


Safety for the Olympic Wings team is a main concern and target. We take priority in making sure that our clients and staff are secure and insured towards accidents and incidents.
We take great notice of running our programs and activities on safe mode and according to schedule and making the necessary alterations when needed.
Our guides are experienced and familiar with all trails and mountain conditions.
